Being a regular gym user I was getting frustrated by not being able to shift excess fat or feel I was getting any fitter. I booked John for a one off training session to see if he could do anything to help me achieve my goals.
One year later I still have regular training sessions and have seen results I could only have dreamed of before. John has a great talent for making me feel good at the beginning of the session and building on that to inspire me through a challenging program. My whole body shape has changed for the better but not only that at 50years old I now feel more confident about myself and how I look and feel than ever before. I wish I had done it sooner. |

When I first started training I felt that I wasn’t achieving any results and I lacked motivation. I chose John as my personal trainer mainly as I felt that I needed the extra push in training, plus I also needed advice on changing my diet in a bid to improve my fitness and health. One of the things I like about John’s training methods is that he pushes you to your maximum limits. Also I found that he likes to try different training methods to make the sessions more interesting and challenging so that you get a great work out.
The results that I have seen so far include an improvement in my overall fitness, and also I’m able to maintain my weight by making the recommended changes to my diet which has improve my overall health. |

I chose John as my personal trainer because I was impressed with the amazing results I saw in some of his clients. His training methods are well structured and very challenging, I noticed John doesn’t have “I can’t do it” in his vocabulary; he likes you to try what ever task he gives you at least once. Even though I know that I will ache all over the next day I know it will be it when I see the change in my body. Since I stated training with John in March 06, my body fat has reduced, I’ve toned up and found I have more energy to pursue other hobbies. |

Each training session is dynamic and varied - we incorporate boxing, circuits and free weights.
