John Bailey is a certified, free-lance fitness trainer with over 10 years experience, and his qualifications include a Premier Training Award and the Wright Foundation GP Referral level 3 award. He is currently studying NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) course to fulfil his ambition of becoming strength and conditioning coach. John specializes in strength training and boxing training for both men and women. His sessions also include cardiovascular workouts, and more specific areas of training such as core stability and flexibility development.
John also offers additional services with his personal training, such as relevant health assessments including heart rate, blood pressure, body fat and peak flow measurements, and advice on healthy living.
John adds: “I am an extremely motivated trainer who thrives on challenges and reaps the rewards which inevitably come at the end of a training session, for both the client and me. I find that my dedication and enthusiasm is a key skill when training my clients, and aids a great deal to the outcome of achieving their personal fitness goals, whatever they may be”.

Sports therapist/personal trainer |

| is a graduate from the London School of Sports and Remedial Massage
diploma course in central London, and is a fully certified member of the ISRM
(Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage). He is also a BA Sc after graduating
as a Sports Scientist (Exercise and Fitness Pathway) in 2005 from the University
of Brunel. Although recently graduated, Simon has worked with a range of
athletes at national and international level in a variety of sports including
athletics, judo, football and tennis. From a Sports Science background, Simon is
able to understand and assess both the biomechanical and physiological aspects
of injury and recovery, working closely with other sports professionals
to devise a recovery plan. In his spare time, Simon has been
training as a decathlete with the national coach at Brunel University. He is
also currently taking his ACSM (American Colleges of Sport Medicine) personal
trainers level 3 qualifications. |
